Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Snuggle & Sip. I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

Eligibility: Items can be returned within 5 days of receiving your order, provided the item(s) are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact me at ktmelynn@gmail.com with your order number and the size you'd like to exchange for. 

Once approved, you will be required to ship back the item to me. Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns or exchanges, except in the case of a defective or incorrect item. 

After I receive the returned item in its original condition, I'll ship out the new size for you at no additional cost. 

Exchanges

Need a different size? If you ordered the wrong size, that's not a problem! I offer exchanges for different sizes within 7 days of receiving your order. 

Non-Exchangeable/Returnable Items

Please note that personalized or custom items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective. 

Seasonal items such as Halloween and Christmas Apparel are not returnable.
