How to Place an Order
Ordering from Snuggle & Sip is simple and personal! Every item is made to order with care from my home studio.
Step 1 - Reach Out - Send me a message with your idea - whether it's a custom design, school spirit apparel, cozy collection product, or a personalized gift. Be sure to include the item type, size, colors, and any personalization details. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response to your order inquiry.
Step 2 - Design & Details - We'll go over your design, sizing, colors, and any special requests together. Once everything is confirmed, I'll prepare your order details & create a mockup to send directly to you. If something needs to be altered, just reach out & we'll work together to make your idea perfect!
Step 3 - Payment - An invoice will be sent once your order is finalized. Payment is required before production begins.
Step 4 - Preparation - I prepare your order! I order the blank inventory online from my supplier or pick up from a local supplier, if in stock. (this typically takes 2-5 business days).
Step 5 - Creation -Your order is created just for you, with care and attention to detail. Please allow 10-14 business days for your custom item to be completed - Inventory Arrival (3-7 days) + At Home Production (1-2 days)- depends on order volume. If you need this order to be rushed, please let me know!
Step 6 - Pickup or Shipping - Once your order is finished, you'll receive a notification for local pickup or shipping. US Domestic Shipping is typically 2-5 Business Days. Tracking will be provided for shipped orders.
