How do I place an order?

You can place an order directly through the website for listed items. For custom orders, please send me a message with your idea and details to get started.

Do you accept custom orders?

Yes! Custom orders are always welcome. I love creating personalized designs for apparel, drinkware, totes, school spirit items, and more.

How long does my order take?

All items are Made to Order. Please allow 10-14 business days for creation before shipping or local pickup.

First, I'll prepare your order! I order the blank inventory online from my supplier or pick up from a local supplier, (if in stock)- this typically takes 2-5 business days.

Second, is the Creation Process -Your order is created just for you, with care and attention to detail. Please allow 10-14 business days for your custom item to be completed - Inventory Arrival (3-7 days) + At Home Production, typically 1-2 days (depends on order volume & season). If you need this order to be rushed, please let me know!

Please allow 10-14 business days for creation before shipping or local pickup. Need something faster? Send me a message & we'll work together to get your item shipped or delivered quickly.

Do you offer shipping?

Yes, shipping is available. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Are returns or exchanges accepted?

Because all items are made to order, all sales are final. Please reach out if there is an issue with your order. My goal is to make my customers happy, so if you're item(s) are delivered damaged or if it's the wrong item, please send me an email with the order number, a description of the problem and photo(s) to ktmelynn@gmail.com and I will make it right! IF you're order was a custom order (personalized or custom items), those are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective. 

Can I make changes after placing my order?

I totally understand that things happen! Since each item is made just for you, changes after placing an order are not guaranteed. Please reach out right away if you need a change and I'll do my best to accommodate if possible. Please review all details carefully before placing your order. 

Will my item look exactly like the photos?

Colors and placement may vary slightly due to screen settings and the handmade process.

What sizes do you offer?

Sizes vary by item. Available sizes will be listed on each product page.

Where are the items made?

All orders are created at home with care, by me!
